“During my CAEP horticulture training program at Bergen’s Greenhouse in Minnesota, I had the chance to take in Easter in America and it was wonderful! But it was pretty different from my previous Easter holidays back in my home country, Haiti. Besides having different Easter foods, I didn’t know about the “Easter Bunny.” In Haiti we do not have this tradition, but it was sure great to get some good stuff from the bunny! I also celebrated the Easter holiday with some members at the local church I go to in Minnesota and friends in Detroit Lakes. Special thanks to the whole staff at CAEP for making sure I have a wonderful time in America!”
