“I am an agronomy student from Brazil and I’ll use this internship to graduate from my university. I am training at Cinnamon Ridge Farm in Iowa, USA and was inspired to go abroad because of the stories I had heard from friends and teachers during their experience abroad.

My host has the patience to teach us, always answers our questions, and schedules visits at different farms and businesses. Once a week I also go to Madden Ag Service which has been a great experience. I’m learning from the agronomists about crops, corn, and soybeans. We have been checking fields and identifying diseases, weeds, and insects. I love it!”
