CAEP Statement on Russian Invasion of Ukraine

Our hearts are incredibly heavy as we continue to watch the conflict in Ukraine unfold. The entire CAEP Family stands with our fellow Ukrainian and Russian sisters and brothers as we condemn these treacherous acts of war.

We pray for peace and the continued strength and perseverance of the Ukrainian people and leaders. In great respect for the people of Ukraine and their extraordinary efforts for protecting their democracy, we urge our leaders for their continued support in helping the people of Ukraine.

Since the early 1980s, our mission at CAEP has been to interconnect our world peacefully through our agriculture exchange programs. We encourage our exchange visitors to not only identify themselves as citizens of their home country but to help them grow as world citizens, transcending from any geographical, cultural, or political borders.

We have been in contact with Ukrainian participants and will continue to provide our support to them during this difficult time. If there are any questions or concerns, please email social@caep.org.
