Life in the Lab with Enology Intern Eugenia Paco

“At the winery in California, my duties included taking temperatures and brix of all tanks and barrels. I also took samples from each tank and barrel to analyze the total acidity, brix, and pH. I enjoyed everything at the winery and I also loved the cellar. These were some of my best days! My host taught me many things that helped to reaffirm my knowledge. He was an excellent person!” Eugenia Paco is from Argentina and is training at Cuvaison Winery.
