My First American Thanksgiving: Meet CAEP Horticulture Trainee Thang Truong

American Thanksgiving

“I spent my first American Thanksgiving with my fellow CAEP trainees who are from Vietnam and Ukraine.” Thang is a CAEP horticulture trainee at Chef’s Garden in Huron, Ohio. “I had tried many different foods made by a very good chef! Most of all of the foods were my first trying them! My favorite was the turkey! Thanks to CAEP for giving me this opportunity to experience life and culture in the United States.”
